Southern Nate ..I understand your comment, but please undertstand we are not pro's, pro's are so massively juiced up they can afford to do the extra sets and reps. From a natural standpoint , we must be very conservative in our efforts, arms can easily be over trained, they are small muscle groups. Less is more with arms..trust me
Bignate...good post, I agree with your opinion and I like your style. Case in point, do 1 or 2 basics for the arms then leave them alone, they do get hit when doing the other compound exercises.
Since the post topic mentions Lee Haney, I'd like to quote Lee Haney "just work the muscle, don't annihilate it"
Lastly, I have the Lee Haney Mr. Olympia training video, shit if you guys consider his arms small, you must be some big mother f*ckers.
