LBM, gain muscle with no fat... how?

I have to chime in here. I'm not calling anyone an idiot but if you can't consume at least 200 grams of protein a day, you ain't gonna gain shit brother.... Hell if you are floating around 240, you'll need this much just to maintain mass while dieting. Also providing you're not a beginner, you're NOT going to gain muscle mass while losing body fat [even on steroids (with the possible exception of hgh)]. These are two completely opposite physiologic functions. Think about it, it takes excess calories to gain muscle; fat loss comes from a caloric deficit. Yeah i know muscle mass will burn off calories by itself, but you cannot gain mass if your body is constantly seesawing between caloric excess and deficits. Yes you will probably grow stronger, but your not going to build one ounce of muscle tissue. You really have two choices, stay lean and small, or bulk up and then trim the fat off in time for the beach. Winter is already starting bro - the choice is yours....

Legion I find a few constant problems with what you want.
1) you want to be a fighter yet you don't take classes
2) you want to gain SOME musle but don't want to lift too hard
3) you want to gain mass but don't want to eat
4) you ask for advice and then slander the person who tries to help you.
5) you want quick results but don't want to put the effort in that it really takes...

In all seriousness, if it was easy to reach our goals (all people are different) then evryone would be a fighting champ, a competitivie bodybuilder, or national strongman.... But it isn't that easy, it takes sacrifice, dedication, and most of all a strong will to do what others won't.....

If you want to gain mass slowly then fine, try this, but don't complain abou the advice I give; find out what your base metabolic rate is, and add 100-200 calories on top of that with either milk, eggs, PB, chicken or even whey protein. this will help you gain weight slower but it will stille be a gain. After you have gained 10lbs you need to bump up the total calories 100-200 since you gained muscle which will actually increase your metabolism.... Keep doing theis untill you are happy with your results....

if you are going to put in alot of time in the gym lifting 3+ days, you owe it to yourself to altleast throwdown some protein shakes during the day...

PAY THE COST TO BE THE BOSS!!!
