I just hit a flat bench raw 405 touch and go, I probably could have gotten 5 or 10 more pounds. Anyways I know that powerlifters mostly do rows for the lats (I have been doing a ton of them lately) but is anyone sure if rows are for thickess and pulldowns are for width.
I know the theory of rows for thckness and pulldowns for width has been perpetrated in bodybuilding for years but I am starting to see some value in pulldowns now where I once dismissed their effectiveness in powerlifting. I currently do a 2/1 row to lat ratio, that is 2 sets of rows for every set of pulldowns- what do you think?
