Appreciate any help...

yeah I do incline DB or Barbell mix it up and also started weighted dips like a month ago .....also do flyes and cable-crossovers sometimes.
don't do flat bench cuz I feel my shoulders too much and really do feel my chest workin,I guess too much shoulders and triceps

Please list your current chest workout.

Also, how many sets are you using and how often are you training chest?

1. Ditch the flyes and crossovers.

2. Concentrate on upping your strength in the flat bench press and possibly the incline bench press. No harm in doing both. You can do dips if you prefer as well.

i have the opposite problem, my chest is overdeveloped, it sticks out about 3-4 inches from the colar-bone, and only 40 pounds 80 pounds weaker in flat bench then squat. Flat bench, incline, DB flies 2x a week, that should help. One day do with tris, the other do with back if you cant make it a day of its own...
