Lady needs a little advice

I am going to be using clembuterol and drinking winny and I was looking for doses and stacking information. As well how long should I keep the stack or winny alone up.

I am only 5-1 and I need to lose weight and get cut up. I am very overweight due to an old illness that put me on pregnazone and led to a huge amount of weight. Before I got sick I was in competiton shape.

I am 5 foot 1 and I weigh 160lbs. I hit the gym 4 times a week and do cardio every morning and 3 days a week I do an extra cardio at night. I am doing a cycle diet with only have carbs(lean) one to 2 days a week

Is that what you wee talking about when you meant my stats
 
I can understand using Clenbuterol, but Winstrol with your BF% I can imagine you are in the 30% range? Unless your worried about loosing muscle mass I would not use it. You can go to routes 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Start your clen off at 30-40MCG and work your way up to 80 or 100MCG. Dosage is dependent on side effects.

Or you can
Take 50mg of Benadryl or another antihistamine containing 50mg of diphenhydrmine every night during every third week while you are on Clen. So I would dose my Clen as usual and at day 14 add the Benadryl every night for 7 nights (while still taking the clen). Discontinue the Benadryl until day 35 and repeat.

Honestly though I would just go with clen diet, and cardio. There is no need for stimulants.
 
I build muscle very fast and the faser I buils muscle the more fat I will burn and that is why I want to use the winny. I was thinking of a 4 week cycle drinking everyday aound 25mg, but I have seen on other sites that women should only do 10mg of the winny per day.

That is a misconception, loose the fat first! Then put on the muscle! You can do it your way it will just take longer...

Welcome to EF! I also agree that putting on muscle first is effective. It also allows you ample time to work through your diet and get it just right before cutting. It sounds like if you were in competition shape you have the discipline it takes to diet. That is a huge advantage.

Have you ever cycled before on Winny or any other aas? I can't support Clen, crazy stuff and not worth it - weight will come right back on. But Lipoflame sold through agxsports if far safer, less sides and just as effective when you are ready to cut. I would also suggest Anavar over Winny any day for strength gains. Far less sides and most get the same if not better results (hardness, less trunk fat etc.). Winny can tear you up - even at small doses. Sides as Bikinimom stated but the worse can be achy joints. Let me take that back, painful joints - particularly the knees.

There are lots of ladies here that can help you through your journey. Most all of us prefer to get diet and strength/cardio training down to a science before using stiumlants or aas. But, to each there own. It would be great if you could post up a typical's day diet and workouts. I'm not a "dieter" but there are ladies on here that are experts. Your current diet sounds a lot like an anabolic diet. Check out Tatayna's thread on anabolic diets.

Oh yes, I forgot about the joints. I believe that this is because Winstrol actually draws fluid out of the joints? Am I correct?
Exactly. And boy does it. Even if well hydrated. I once laid in bed with icy hot patches on every single joint in my body. Never again. I couldn't even get up and down out of the floor much less squat any weight.
