KONG bars by Designer

I bought a Sh#$ load of these bars, they taste great. 30grams ptein, only about 25 carbs and 5g fiber and some Fat from the nuts that are in them. Anyone have any negative comments about these bars...i've been taking them and still loosing fat so they are not TOO fatty...LET ME KNOW

Yep thats them....only 7 sugar..no biggy....11grams of fat...what do you all think then help!
 
I'm more concerned with the 4g of saturated....carbs are high, what is the source? Typically, bars are junk and should NOT be a staple of the diet......as a cheat food or in tight circumstances when a meal is impossible.......save the receipt bro.

carbs are not high, 56grams and 26 are sugar alcohol so 30g carbs 30g protein and sat. fat is in meat so im not concerned with that nor with eating them daily b/c you need about 10g fat per meal

Like I said, use them as a cheat food only.............you cant compare these with "meat" or any other whole food product...they are a supplement and a shitty one at that....just stay away from the bars as much as possible and you'll be fine..........
