really not a workout in the am. just a quick bicycle ride fast paced before breakfast. just gonna eat a piece of fruit prior. bcaa's are a good idea too will have to get some
my goals that is a good question. really as i said in my first post i'm not trying to add 50 pounds to my lifts or any of that nonsense, i'm just trying to add some good quality muscle and cut some fat in the process. I'm already stronger than 95% of people at my gym and if i was after pure strength i would be running a tren/var cycle. not a light EQ/kata cycle
basically i want to look better and be stronger in the mirror.. put on some solid muscle mass.
once i get to week 4 of this cycle I will take things in whatever direction i need to take them.
