the kata will be used to kickstart my EQ cycle. EQ with its U ester won't really be felt for atleast a good 5 weeks into this so the kata will be my kickstart for the first 4 weeks.

will be taking 2 caps a day consistent. I'm not looking to put on a shitload of strength quickly as I am already strong as fuck and i want to stay healthy and not hurt myself trying to impress the bimbo at the gym who doesn't give a shit how strong I am.

tomorow is leg day.. my goal is the pump iron everyday, but realistically i will probably only be hitting the gym 5X per week with my busy schedule and doing cardio on days i don't pump iron and also after my workouts.

lets see what happens the next 4 weeks..
 
woke up this morning and felt good, I did a 2 mile bicycle around the neighborhood fast.. I was shocked at how much power I had when i looked at my GPS watch I was already half mile in my ride and barely even broke a sweat yet.

I ended up feeling a bit naseous when I was done and drank some apple juice and felt better.. obviously I don't react well to starved cardio at all and I'm one of those guys who wake up with low blood sugar and have to eat something right off the bat .. i plan on having some fruit upon waking and then riding EVERY morning throughout this cycle. looking to cut off body fat the next 4 weeks.

this afternoon I will be doing legs at the gym
 
just got back from gym. wow I sweated like crazy which never happens.

did 2 sets of squats, then 5 sets of deads, 4 sets of clean and jerks, then did leg extensions 3 sets, 3 sets of hammy pulls, then worked my calves for about 6 sets.

finished with some stretching and yoga. i had to clean off the machines today which i never do.. so in less than 24 hours i'm already feeling some effects. now i'm hungry as fuck..

gonna go for a 1.5 mile walk now and then eat a turkey burger
 
didn't sleep that great last night. not sure if it has anything to do with the cycle or more to do with yesterdays events in Boston.

but anyway this morning I had a pear this time and then did 2 miles on the bicycle. legs aren't sore from yesterdays workout at all but they did burn more than usual on the last mile. no naseau at all this time thank you pear!

then I waited a bit and had my breakfast. turkey burger again

this afternoon its gonna be a push day for me. looking forward to it.. i probably will be a bit worn out from the clean and jerks yesterday but thats okay. i won't go heavy
