Just stick with it. Don't deviate. Everyone is going to offer you all sorts of advice at the gym and everyplace else. They will just screw up your thinking even though they have the best intensions. Just stick with QS's sister. I can guarantee she knows more then anyone else you will talk to.
Don't worry about the body fat. It comes off slowly. Even when you have lost a ton of it you will feel like you haven't. I go through the same thing.
What you need to do is take progress pictures once a month.

Its hard. I am doing it myself. I catch myself getting short with people. I get tired etc. It passes.
Soon enough your pants will be getting loose. Veins start popping out in new places.
Once you get real lean you will never be able to go back!
