What if someone is up at 530-6am and spaces out 6 meals until 1030-11pm at night? Then they essentially fast for 8hrs sleeping. Shouldn't the last meal be prior to sleep if you are eating clean? Would you agree/debate that the meal spacing and intake over the 24hr period is the key and that starving after 7pm might create a reaction in you metabolism where it drops to conserve rather than remaining steady and high due to proper meal spacing? True, consistency is a key factor, but a calorie can be full of just about anything I imagine.
 
That is certainly one philosophy, its all modified by whether or not someone is natural or not, the body simply has circadian variation which is almost imposible to modify (ie., body temperature, metabolic rate).

Remember he is trying to CUT, if you want me to GROW, I will take a completely different pathway.
