just got some xenadrine and yohimbe fuel

I wanted to know how I should divide up the doses of xenadrine. I dont know why I got yohimbe fuel, the lady went to the back area at gnc so I just jacked up. cuz i heard on this board that it helps keep the pecker hard longer and shit. anyways, let me know about the doses of xenadrine fellas, thanks
