Just got my Egg Whites Intl delivered - what now

I planned to use them in my morning shake (wake up, shake, oatmeal) and pre-bed shake.

Anything I should know? These friggin things come with more directions than my computer.

no, the are liquid eggwhites. They come frozen, and I mean FROZEN. Once they thaw enough, you can add them to anything. They have no taste, no smell. You can also get a "pump" that fits on the gallon. One pump is one eggwhite. I usually do 8 eggwhites in my morning shake, and 6 at night. good stuff.

I was drinking All Whites (liquid egg whites) for quite a while. The more research I did, the more I found that drinking them didn't deliver the same absorption of the amino profile. Here's a link to their own website, in case this helps...

Once I started cooking them, I found I actually like them! Just add some Heinz No-Salt ketchup or Enrico's No-Salt salsa....and good to go!

^^ There available at every grocery store in my area. They dont come frozen but in this carton milk container. Good stuff, just make sure not to get egg creations or something like that, witch isnt just egg whites.

I've tried the liquid stuff before and thought they tasted like the carton. Nasty stuff....JUST NAAAASTTTTY!
