I only really missed 10-12 days at the gym when I couldnt walk good. Took it slow for the next two weeks with upper body cause my muscles were sore post w/o. When it was first injured and lodged in my joint I was nailing the hell out of the celebrex and tylenol ( i dont like narcotics and they dont work) so it really killed my appetite. I'm almost back. No more upper body soreness after w/o's lifting intense again, strength is back up where it should be. drinking way more shakes than I should but I know that I'm doing it even though i'm not supposed to and will be stopping that bad practice in a few days as I hop back on lots and lots of meat diet preparing for my cycle in a few weeks. I cant wait to squat and hit the sled again!!!
