lifting mon/wed/fri

cardio tuesday/thurs/sat

cardio has been kept under 30 minutes for this bulking diet.
 
well, for the most part i've been doing the treadmill...walking at 3.0 on 15% incline...tough as hell but it's a great workout....i like it better then the elliptical. although for HIIT i do the elliptical so i can sprint so to speak right away ya know...i don't have to wait for it to speed up

IMO is fine... he's put on weight... which means he's reaching his goal.

If he hadn't been gaining, then it'd be an issue.
 
1hr cardio a week is too much you think? i thought i was on the low end....i think if i didn;t do cardio my bf would be around 15%...i'm trying to keep it under 13% right now

yeah that's the only thing...i prob eat 1/2 pound which is about 130g of carbs...that's alot for one sitting lol

not sure why i'm going to say this b/c i take pride in making my own sauce...but sometimes when i'm lazy a little Raos eggplant sauce goes a long way! best sauce i have had that comes in a jar...i used to like some of emerils as a quick fix but this blows it out of the water....

What a good little Italian boy you are!! Pasta, Sauce (notice the capital S?), broccoli rabe........I LOVE broccoli rabe! :p
