Not sure what's going on. I mentioned before about my bench strength going now. Now I've notice my squatting is going down. I've been on a training cycle, where my workouts for a given body part are too far apart. Between my cycle, & life getting in the way, it stretches around 2 weeks between.

He is starting at a better base then me... but I know I thought the same thing. Fuckin jump on the band wagon dude. This thread really has turned into nothing but a place for a group of us to talk and keep motivated. Works well for me...hardly even deal with that much outta it really. I havent posted up the vasc pic because my dad fuckin chopped off the top portion of his finger on a table saw today. Fuckin crazy! Little ch=unkcs of skin and bloos all over my garage. Ill show you the X rayws...HALARIOUS! Guess he wont be coming to the gym with me for ahwile. Hes on mad amounts of drugs for the pain, and can barely talk. Diet this weekend....not so hot but not TO bad. Lifting also missed a day but I am not to worried about it and will be hitting it real hard this week. Well I got an exam to do tommarow morn before class so I gotta hit the bed.

I've lifted in the past and am fairly knowledgeable but lacking some in experience... right now I'm working on a 20 rep squat progression (5 pounds per lift). Started at 115 and now am at 160. Won't go too into it cause I've got a journal going. Basicly I'm learning right now and taking data looking for a starting point for a more laid out program in the future.

So your saying that you lift heavy and good for 2 weeks then kinda slack 2 weeks? You have to exspect to get weaker because if i rember correctly you were lifting consitantly for awhile....slow down...and so will your lift. Well there are times you need to take off and there are times where you need to be displine and do it if you like it or not. All about priorites and balance. You know what to do.
