I never try to work through PAIN .. ache is different ... when I was running into this problem I lowered the weight for skulls & super set'd close grip tri chest presses if I felt I wasn't getting a good enough 'burn' ... I also started doing more forearm/wrist strengthening work b/c I feel the 'ache' was stemming from my Brachialis ... seemed to do the trick so far.sgtslaughter said:Skull crushers really crank on my elbows for sure... they're rough... but never "hurt" as in painful.
