Bro, i started doing leg day with as much intensity and as consistantly as chest day... and it's great. They get used to it pretty quick (well for me at least) I did them wednesday i think... they're perfectly fine today.cityhick said:haha yea I really NEVER had worked them. Nail 'em early in the week with your other major parts. Burn a ton of calories working the big ass (pun intended, lol) muscles group that is the "legs" too.
