OK.........did a little thinking today....remembered my conversation with Bruce last nite about his show 7/15 - he still wants me to hand out tropies provided I can 1) wear a dress/skirt 2)wear heels 3) not wear the brace (my goal) and he wants me to possibly be a "ring card" girl - walk out with a big card (like in boxing) saying the name of the class coming out - kind of cheesy? But, it's an idea he may implement.....

So tomorrow it's back to cutting with my next cheat DAY being on 6/25 for the 1x a year Taste of Wilmington....

Actually it's fine now.....was able to prevent lock-neck from happening (sometimes it gets so pinched that I can't move my head), got hubby to run the massager on it & also to press on the knot a lot & it was gone by the next day....whew!! Usually happens after back day or shoulder day & tonite is back day!! :worried:

Make sure you heat/ice, and do that stretch to help prevent it... :) Glad it went away!

I think cutting now is a good decision. That way you'll be able to see what you really want to add when you do start your bulking phase. Plus, it's summer, and you probably want to be a little leaner now.
Hope your leg heals real soon...enough is enough! :rolleyes:

I am getting impatient!! But Saturday did teach me that it's not healed yet.... *sighhhh* And now I have this huge ass blister... :rolleyes:

Neck is fine - ended up doing chest/tris last nite since I skipped it last week.....so I'll do back/bis tonite or maybe shoulders - but I'll need to figure out some way to warm up the area as we don't have one of the hand-pedalling things.....

Aww! Hope the knee is better! I am debating the gym myself. just popped two cardio breeze and we'll see if there is any change in the engery levels. work has be so stressed out. my right knee is a little arthritic - and it's been a little tender since my last leg day. i remember it was the kneeling plate loaded hamstring machine that i like so much... :( all around today :(

I had a Dr's appt at 8:00am today then PT right after at 9:00am.....so I was up & out of the house early early......and I wasn't getting up any earlier than 7:00am either......LOL

That is the brand name....Vitamuffin.....they are small, 100 calorie muffins - about 2 oz. and they come in diff. flavors - blueberry, bran, cranberry & my personal favorite - Double Chocolate. They are a tad dry.....but the chocolate IMO is good - plus they have a good amount of fiber and are a quick thing to eat, like in the morning, for breakfast when I don't have time to make oatmeal...... plus they are better than cake if you need a chocolate fix.....

OMG I slept sooooooooo good!! If any of you ladies didn't sleep, I guess I captured Mr. Sandman & held him down......I did wake up & caught myself on my stomach & made myself turn over..... Also, last nite I got my husband to press on the knot very hard - which made it "crunch" so to speak, so this morning it's a little stiff & sore but not like it was.......when he was pressing on it - my neck & arm went numb....eek!

It's going pretty well..... Hyperextension isn't consistent at all - I've been ranging between 0 & -2 degrees, but the bend has been pretty good.....It will be 3 months post-op on July 4th and once I reach 80% strength in my right leg as compared to my left, my Dr. said I can do whatever I want & PT said I'd be released to work on my own.....

Yayyyy for 3 weeks!! Does it count that I sampled 2 beers at the festival?? They were about the size of 1/2 a dixie cup.....I don't think that "counts."

Well, lessee - it rained all day, but we walked down anyway....Put my hair up in a ball cap & took umbrellas. Got 4lbs of FREE coffee, lots of free chips, 4 free cans of sodas & some free Fruit & Yogurt breakfast bars - all of which we brought home.

I bought 2 strips of coupons with which to feast upon. Got: 2 Fondue samples dessert things (small cup of chocolate with 1 marshmallow, 1 brownie bite & 2 strawberry slices), a small slice of Strawberry cream cake, an individual cheesecake, a cup of ice cream, a spicy smoked sausage on a roll, a piece of chicken on a roll, some gnocchi, a couple of meatballs, and some shrimp risotto. I got full very early so used 2 tix to buy a bottle of water......
 
Aaaaaaand we proceeded to snack on all the crap we brought home - I think I ate about 4-5 of those Tastykake bars alone..... *urp*

BIG TIME carb heavy day today.....feeling sleepy....4 Sesamax down for the day....
