Iced coffee: 1/4 cup FF milk + 2 packets Splenda + 1 tblsp. SF Vanilla syrup + coffee + ice

9:20am
Egg scramble: 2.5 oz. cooked ground turkey, 6 egg whites, pepper/onion, 1 slice Kraft FF cheese

Iced coffee: 1/4 cup FF milk + 2 packets Splenda + 1 tblsp. SF Vanilla syrup + coffee + ice

Neck is fine - ended up doing chest/tris last nite since I skipped it last week.....so I'll do back/bis tonite or maybe shoulders - but I'll need to figure out some way to warm up the area as we don't have one of the hand-pedalling things.....
Take a hot shower before you go...

Workouts look good too!

Wal-Mart... bad, but soo soo goooood. I prefer Sam's during business member hours if I can get it.

I've heard Sam's Club is nice...but we don't have them around here.....just Costco & BJs....

HI there Hun!!!!!! I'm a little late LOL so we'll skip the good morning and go right to good afternoon ;) HOpe your having a great hump day... sorry to hear bout the knee sweetie!!
 
Aww! Hope the knee is better! I am debating the gym myself. just popped two cardio breeze and we'll see if there is any change in the engery levels. work has be so stressed out. my right knee is a little arthritic - and it's been a little tender since my last leg day. i remember it was the kneeling plate loaded hamstring machine that i like so much... :( all around today :(
