It's no wonder your depressed, Jen. You're "safe haven" - HOME - is no longer a safe haven for you. You feel like you need to be on guard and prepared to decline offers that you shouldn't have to. I'm so sorry. It has to be really tough on you. You're hangin' in like a champ though! Push back, girl! :rose:

I think you're right - that probably DOES have a lot to do with it.....very logical..... :heart:

1. Go to stove
2. Open bottom drawer
3. Get out cast iron skillet
4. Smack stupid person upside drunk head
5. Check for pulse. Stupid person should be asleep not deceased.
6. Run skillet thru dishwasher
7. Put skillet back in bottom drawer on stove
8. Enjoy evening
9. Enjoy having bed all to self & hog blankets
10. Next morning w/terrified look on face: "OMG Honey are you ok? did you fall down? Maybe you should cut back on the beer....."

When I left my ex - I was feeling the same way. I was pretty depressed and felt trapped. Thanks to all my friends here, I managed to stay sane!!! lol

Glad to be here for ya'! :rose:

**Saw my orthopedist today.....His bedside manner is severely lacking....he's nice enough - but he's impatient to come & go quickly, so I don't really get my questions answered......He took X-rays & is leaving my activity level up to Noel, my physical therapist.....but it'll be at least 12 weeks before I can do Closed-Chain Leg Exercies.....

**Errands.....the errands were a lot of walking for me - more than I'm used to.... Drank 3 bottles of water while out....

11:30am - Physical Therapy
Stationary Bike: 10 mins Level 1 + 5 mins Level 2

Went in with: -2 Hyperextension going in + 138 degrees flex

TKEs: 70lbs - 1x12; 80lbs - 3x10
Seated Leg Extensions: 45lbs - 3x10
Seated Hamstring Curls: 20lbs - 3x10
Straight Leg Raises: 5lbs - 3x10
Seated Lower Leg Extensions, Knee on Basketball: 20lbs - 3x12
Stim: 15 mins, 12 cycles
Iso-Kinetic Machine kicks: 4 sets of 10

**Noel said my swelling was good enough that I didn't need to ice afterwards!! Yay!!

1 cup of Pictsweet Chinese Veggie Stir Fry + 6 spears asparagus + Broccoli
~ 1 tblsp. Teriyaki sauce

Multi + B-complex

**Drank a 1 liter bottle of carbonated flavored water from Walmart....so that's 1 gallon for sure.....

Feeling Hungry - checked Fitday & yep, fats are low for the day....

So: 2 Tblsp. Chunky ANPB

Rant
Hubby drank 3-24oz. mugs of beer while we were out (72 oz!!) and has now had 2-12oz. bottles of beer for a grand total of 96 ounces!! :redhot:

Found this in the fridge so decided to eat it:

1/4 cup spaghetti sauce (probably less, but going to record 1/4)

Totals: 1577, Fat: 44g/27%, Carbs: 148g/33%, Fiber: 27g, Protein: 152g/41%

**Weight is really not that bad, but I still think I've lost muscle - especially in the legs.....so once I can workout more I'm sure the scale will go up & down....
