Good job girl!!! I know no alcohol and someone drinking it around you all the time is no good. Fortunately I don't really care.... I guess I would rather have food calories then liquid calories. They fill me up more. It's definitely hard when alcohol, smoking, eating is a comfort thing and helps you to relax. Believe me I dealt with that the past few weeks... Just stay strong it will subside!

Cable Crunches: 120lbs - 1x8, 1x10, 1x10
Hanging Leg Raises: 3x15

Hip Abduction Machine: 80lbs - 2x10, 1x12

Errands & haircut.....2 Bottles of water while out....

2 Glucorell

1:00pm
1/2 cup Miso Soup
1/2 cup seaweed salad
12 pieces (3 each) Sushi - Tuna, Salmon, Yellowtail with rice, wrapped in seaweed

1:15pm - Planted & Mulched Plants, 45 mins

2:00pm
1 Diet Pepsi

3:30pm
1 tblsp. Trader Joe's ANPB
1 scoop Choc. Protein Powder in Water

#4 bottle of water.....

I never tried seaweed before...hmm .. j/w what its like? Does it taste like anything in perticular? Im kind of a wussy when it comes to trying "different" food! BUT if its good for me I might :)

This is a seaweed salad....it's pickled I guess, so it tastes sweet & it's got sesame seeds & red pepper on it.....It's very good....

I tried it one day on a whim & LOVE it!!

Stationary Bike: Level 2, 25 mins

Drank Bottle #5 of water while at the gym.....

Kitchen Sink Salad: 4.5 oz. chicken, 1.5 hard boiled egg whites, 1 tblsp. Hulled Sunflower Seeds, 1 handful Dole Salad Mix, 1 handful Spring Mix, chunk of green bell pepper, hunk of cucumber, 6 pickle slices, 1 radish
2 tblsp. Salad Dressing (1/2 the bottle dressing, 1/2 the bottle Apple Cider vinegar)

7:05pm
Multi, B-Complex, 2 Gluc/Chon tabs

7:30pm
2 tblsp. SF Cool Whip + 1/3 cup SF Jello

Bottle #7 of water down....

**Legs are sore today, especially in 'da butt - I can tell that I haven't done the Elliptical in months.....knee is sore too....Took a Dilaudid this evening....glad I held back 1 scrip post-surgery....

9:50pm
2 tblsp Trader Joe's ANPB

Bottle #8 down!! That's 1 gallon!!

Totals: 1691 cals, Fat: 45g/26%, Carbs: 157g/35%, Fiber: 17g, Protein: 157g/39%

Cals & Carbs a bit high today due to the sushi, I'm sure....but I'm assuming Fitday's numbers are correct, but it's possible they are not.....doubt it tho!! ;)
