**Legs are sore today, especially in 'da butt - I can tell that I haven't done the Elliptical in months.....knee is sore too....Took a Dilaudid this evening....glad I held back 1 scrip post-surgery....

Cals & Carbs a bit high today due to the sushi, I'm sure....but I'm assuming Fitday's numbers are correct, but it's possible they are not.....doubt it tho!!
