Made it with NO alcohol!! I had 3 glasses (pint glasses) of water....

Nibbled at a few french fries tho....

~ 2 tsp. Hellmanns' Dijonnaise
6 Dill Pickle chips (label says 0 cals for 1 serving = 8 slices)

**Saw my orthopedist today.....His bedside manner is severely lacking....he's nice enough - but he's impatient to come & go quickly, so I don't really get my questions answered......He took X-rays & is leaving my activity level up to Noel, my physical therapist.....but it'll be at least 12 weeks before I can do Closed-Chain Leg Exercies.....

**Errands.....the errands were a lot of walking for me - more than I'm used to.... Drank 3 bottles of water while out....

11:30am - Physical Therapy
Stationary Bike: 10 mins Level 1 + 5 mins Level 2

Went in with: -2 Hyperextension going in + 138 degrees flex

TKEs: 70lbs - 1x12; 80lbs - 3x10
Seated Leg Extensions: 45lbs - 3x10
Seated Hamstring Curls: 20lbs - 3x10
Straight Leg Raises: 5lbs - 3x10
Seated Lower Leg Extensions, Knee on Basketball: 20lbs - 3x12
Stim: 15 mins, 12 cycles
Iso-Kinetic Machine kicks: 4 sets of 10

**Noel said my swelling was good enough that I didn't need to ice afterwards!! Yay!!

1:55pm
1 Grilled Chicken Lean Cuisine Entree (chicken + veggies in a sauce)
Added: 1/2 cup prepared Zataran's Rice Mix, 2 oz. chicken & 6 asparagus spears

2:20pm
2 Tabs Gluc/Chondroiten

4th bottle of water gone...

2:50pm
3 oz. fresh strawberries + 2 tblsp. SF Cool Whip


~ 4:00pm - Walked down to Iron Hill Brewery..... 3 (16 oz.) glasses of water
Nibbled at some french fries....

Walked along the boardwalk......

5:30pm
4 oz. chicken
1 cup of Pictsweet Chinese Veggie Stir Fry + 6 spears asparagus + Broccoli
~ 1 tblsp. Teriyaki sauce

Multi + B-complex

**Drank a 1 liter bottle of carbonated flavored water from Walmart....so that's 1 gallon for sure.....

7:00pm
Feeling Hungry - checked Fitday & yep, fats are low for the day....

So: 2 Tblsp. Chunky ANPB

Hubby drank 3-24oz. mugs of beer while we were out (72 oz!!) and has now had 2-12oz. bottles of beer for a grand total of 96 ounces!! :redhot:

BUt you are staying strong girl so a big CONGRATS to you for that... its very tough when others around are drinking thats for sure, IMO... diet is looking good though :) Hmmm... I been hungry all day too wonder if its for the same reason?!?! Sounds like PT went good too so yeaaaaaaaaaa for that!!!

Put a tablespoon of Fiber-Sure in one of his beers. Odorless, flavorless & doesn't make the drink thick. Maybe bake some ultra high-fiber black bean brownies. 1/2 batch regular batter, 1/2 batch just for him! That'll fix his wagon! :evil:

For the record I haven't done that but I sure have thought about it.

Well, erm, this week he's been having that "issue" all his own with no help!! :lmao:

It just flabbergasts me the amount of beer this man puts away!! Then he gets all obnoxious.... ugh!!

obnoxious beer drinkers are annoying. I agree with que, slip something into the beer and he will spend the day in the restroom, and not bugging you LOL

OK now it's a 3rd beer - but this one is High Alcohol.....8%+ ABV...

I understand about the alcohol - managed to get P to refrain seeing as we're training more seriously but usually he can get on it big time when in the mood. Makes it hard!!
