2 oz chicken, 1 TJs LC wrap, 1 tblsp. FF mayo, lettuce/bell pepper

R-leg lunges: 25lb DBs - 1x12; 2x10 w/Left foot on bench
Squats w/Std Bar: 50lbs Added - 1x10; 60lbs - 2x10; 65lbs - 2x10
SLDLs w/Std Bar: 50lbs Added - 3x15
Seated Calf Raises: 45lbs - 1x15; 50lbs - 2x15

**Didn't have time to do anything else so I could get home & walk up to vote.....good walk, up a good sized (yes the lunging hill) hill.....

**Funny - a girl who had previously pointed at me & asked someone else what I was doing when I did SLDLs.......well I saw her doing them today with DBs......LOL

1 Glutamine + 1 ARginine tab

Mixed 1/2 scoop Designer Whey Tropical Punch flavor with 1 scoop RecoverX (it's Orange flavored) today PWO & it tasted pretty good!! Going to start packing that in my shaker to drink @ the gym with 1 Arginine & 1 Glutamine tab.....


Damn it! All the good stuff is across the pond! ;)

The drink... Mmmmm!! Yummy! I have to do something nice with the ISO AGB.. Its disgusting! I mixed a smoothie in it.. But still EWH!!!! Anyway Have a great day Cats!!!!!!!!!!! :heart:
