Hi all!!
Left my food list @ work which is why I haven't logged the last few days......Went out for drinks last nite w/friends & skipped the gym cuz I was WAY too tired & just plain ole wore out.......Played golf today and walking (about 30-40 mins walk 1 way) to go to dinner (sushi) w/friends.....
Got a new supp to try: Recover-X....supposed to be good for the "anabolic window" after a workout - it's got protein + glutamine mixed in with some other stuff, so gonna give it a try.....
