Oh jeez!! So far I haven't eaten ANY of the donuts ('cept for the donut hole incident) and I didn't have any ice cream cake......Had 2 slices of plain cheese pizza, no crust today - but I planned on that...+ I had a salad....

Good for you. I'm gonna have to scroll through here for some new lunch ideas. I'm better off with avoiding lunch because I always pack mine ahead of time.

I usually indulge in a once-a-month bagel - They get 'em every Friday - But they are so huge I can only do 1/2 of it. And yes, 3/4 of my office, if not more, is overweight or severly overweight.

Speaking of bagels, I have to put in a word for Spelt bagels by French Meadows. It's relatively unprocessed (wheat free, gluten free, dairy free) with 42g of carbs, but does have 12g of protein as well....very filling! I eat it with either Laughing Cow light wedge cheese or spreadable cottage cheese and it's a pretty dense breakfast on a higher carb day and more importantly kills the urge for a random bagel at the office.

I find it ironic that the majority of the people I work with are overweight - and our company is the largest "supplier" so to speak of gyms in the area.....

I think they have another brand (mine is French meadows and I get it from Whole Foods) of spelt bagels...you can check. Just don't be fooled by their mini whole wheat bagels. Those are not 100% whole wheat...second ingredient is enriched flour. The label is a little misleading
