*Can't believe Oct. is almost over......SO glad this week is over - I'm exhausted!! Boring ass week @ work too.....

7:15am - Egg Wrap
1 TJs LC tortilla + 1 egg yolk/2 whites + 2 slices ham + 1 slice FF cheese + peppers/jalapenos

1 svg. liquid gluc/chon/msm

8:15am - Coffee
(2 pkt Splenda, 1 tblsp FF 1/2 & 1/2, 2 tblsp FF creamer)

9:50am
Scrip

10:30am - Wrap
1 TJs LC tortilla + 2 oz. chix + 1 tblsp. FF mayo + 1/4 cup coleslaw mix
2 pepperoncinis

2 Levorex

11:55am
1 Glucorell

12:10pm
1 "bowl" Campbell's Select chix/egg noodle soup

1:45pm
1 Glucorell

2:00pm
7" Turkey/Lite American/Roasted Red Pepper/Broccoli Rabe Hoagie
(the broccoli rabe makes it healthy right? ;) )

2 Sesamax + 2 Levorex

4:30pm - Gym

**Water Tally: 7 (16.9 oz) bottles of water + 2.5 (24 oz) cups water

~ 6:00pm
PWO shake: 1 scoop Vanilla PP + 1/2 cup Vanilla Muscle Milk + 3 slice peaches + 2 tsp. Glutamine

~ 8:00pm
"Pizzas": 2 TJs LC wraps toasted - 1 with spaghetti sauce & Canadian Bacon & cheese; 1 with BBQ sauce, chicken & cheese
8 oz. glass wine

*Forgot my vitamins today....shoot!

Totals: 2014 cals (2100 cals is 15x 140lbs)
Fat: 71g/32%
Carbs: 137g/23%
Fiber: 22 g
Protein: 178g/36%
Alcohol: 22g/155 cals/8%
**Numbers are approximate as I had to guess on the sub.....
 
Lil Side Note:

The Y is running a "Fall Fitness Program" where you get your name put on a little leaf on a wall & for each day you work out you put a sticker on your leaf (they can verify this thru the card swipes) + you also have to complete 1 "side activity" such as bring a guest or take a new class you've never done or Dah Dah Dahhhhh!!!! Get your BF tested!! So I'll have to make an appt with my 1 of my buddies & bring my calipers & compare their calipers to mine & see what the results are!

Your "prize" is a free Long sleeved Tshirt.....but it says "YMCA, Spirit Mind Body" on it -- which I think I can get away with @ work, maybe on Fridays.....
 
Saturday Oct. 28th

**Woke up again with a stiff neck....about 5 days running now - YES Treil I'm doing my stretches....the good news is I did Shrugs last nite & although my traps are sore, my muscle isn't locked up....Yay!

Slept in till 9:30am today...... :sleep2:

10:00am
~ 12 oz coffee + 3 packets Splenda + 1/4 cup Muscle Milk + 1 tblsp. FF creamer

2 Brown N Serve sausages + 1 egg yolk/2 egg whites
2 Blueberry waffles (from a mix)

2 Sesamax + 2 Levorex

I have 2 pillows actually......they are foam I guess, not feathers.....

Uuugggghhhh. Poor you, no fun to feel hungover. How many mojitos did ya have?

Flor is right, more alcohol will help with the hangover. I could never stomach more when I was feeling bad the next morning. I just walk around swearing I'll never drink again. (That lasts about a week) :evil:

Hope you are feeling back to your old self soon!
