**Legs & Abs are sore today....feels good!

(1 WW English Muffin, 1 slice FF cheese, 2 slices 98% FF ham, 1 egg yolk/2 egg whites)

1 svg liquid gluc/chon/msm blend

1 mug coffee (2 pkts Splenda, 1 tblsp. FF creamer)

10:30am
1 Mission LC tortilla + 2.75 oz. chix + 1 tblsp. FF mayo + 1/4 cup coleslaw mix

1 Diet Pepsi
2 Utz Dutch Pretzels

12:15pm
2 Levorex + 2 Sesamax

1:00pm - Out to lunch with hubby
Chicken Pesto Panini Sammich
1/4 cup tomato soup

4:15pm - Left work, usual walk to car, up stairs & then gym & back after gym

2 cups Barilla Penne Plus pasta, cooked
1 cup Newman's Own Cabernet marinara sauce
4 oz. chicken + ~ 4 broccoli florets
8 oz glass red wine

2 Levorex + 2 Sesamax

Protein: 146g/31%

Jens!!! workouts are so-so...but ask me about recovery seTs...LOL...
You must try enfrijoladas...
You cook beans in water once they are soft really soft add salt, (peruano) light yellow bean...
I spray some pam on a big flat pan ,and eitherp puree, beans in blender, or smash them in the pan...one they are soupy you slip a corn tortilla inside the beans and for about 30 secs. turns soft, put in plate and put your choice of cheese inside, fold, add some "bean soup" and salsa if you like...You will LOVE IT and me!!!

Laziness!! My food & workouts are on diff pieces of paper in diff locations & I just didn't feel like getting up to get the w/o paper.... :FRlol:

Pre-WO is the usual walk from the office to the parking garage, up 2 flights of stairs to the car to get my stuff & then walk to the gym....

Warmup: 3x10 sets of pushups, arm circles, wrist curls w/12lb DBs - 3x12
Cable Pressdown: 27.5lbs - 1x10, 37.5lbs - 1x10, 42.5lbs - 2x10
Reverse Curl w/EZ bar: 10lbs Added - 4x8
Std Curls w/EZ bar: 20lbs Added - 4x8
Standing Overhead Tri Ext: 17.5lbs - 1x8*, 1x12*, 1x10*

Std Bar Curls: 2x5 (didn't like how it made my wrists feel)

**Oh and the people at work are killing me! There are either cake or donuts either day & tomorrow there will be pizza & an ice cream cake....ARGH!! :rolleyes:
