hey what happend to your protein in your coffee?? That makes it a little easier to get away with LOL...hope the knee is feeling okay!!

Kneecap still hurts when doing legs......but no pain when I play golf or walk around.....

As for the Muscle Milk in the coffee - I'm drinking only 1 mug of coffee now as opposed to my GIANT travel mug - plus I had some FF 1/2 & 1/2 to use up 1st.....
