**Took yesterday off from the meal plan, logging, etc.......sort of played golf.....

~ 9:30am
Waffles: 1/3 cup Hodgson Mills WW Pancake Mix + 2 tblsp. skim milk + 2 egg whites
SF Syrup
2 Armour Brown N Serve Turkey Sausages

2 Levorex

~ 11:45am - Walk around Riverfront, about 1 hour....

1:30pm
2 AG Guys Carb Blocker

~ 1 cup potato salad (red potato, veggies, Walden Farms Dressing)
9 oz. Smithfield pork + 2 tblsp. BBQ Sauce on 2 WW rolls

2 Levorex + 2 Sesamax

~ 5:45pm
2 AG Guys Carb Blocker

~6:00pm
5 oz. chicken + 1 tblsp. BBQ sauce + 1 cup cooked broccoli rabe + 1/2 cup macaroni & cheese
1 can Diet 7UP

Multi + B-Complex + Vit C + Vit E

**Ended up cleaning the house a bit today also.....No gym today

**Lost track of my water intake today - so I'm clueless there.....
