Treadmill; 10 mins; Tried to alternate running/walking - but my knee hurt too much, so I stopped

PWO Shake: 1/2 cup skim milk, water, 3 oz. frozen peaches, 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder, 2 tsp. Glutamine

~ 1/2 cup leftover chili + 1 turkey sausage

Well I don't really notice anything with it, feel anything, etc....so dunno really......Ran out of Glucorell & this stuff was sitting in the cabinet so I figured I'd use it.....

Cool :) I was curious :) Wondered if they may have an impact on your thirst comment.
