I just want to say thank you for posting your journal. It is nice to see that you can still eat "normal" food just with variations. You have given me so many different ideas...Thanks again!!!

(Guessing on the amounts as the piece of fish was small....the Israeli couscous was a cold salad with veggies - I think I could make it!!)
