That is not allowed :) You need to keep that head up and keep on doing great hun, you probably don't realize how good you are doing, because we are our own worst critic... so no more being bummed ;)

On a positive note, at least I was bummed because I missed a workout :p

I am definitely my own worst critic, I really don't see why we as people are like that.
