The "boss" wanted to write me up for being in a bad mood. Silly isn't it?? Well, he ssaid that I was walking around pissed off and not in a good mood. I was like WTF?!?! I was in a really good mood yesterday. So basically it was a waste of my time to sit here and listen to him blab on and on. I can't stand being around some of these men; they drive me nuts. :whatever:

If I had the options of being fired or quitting I would have done that a really long time ago. I am proud of what I do but it is a little frustrating dealing with only men (egotistical men none the less) all of the time. Of the 40 people that work in my building there are 4 females. It is difficult finding someone to talk to "girly issues" with and for some reason that actaully affects me on some level.

Weight: 133.5 lbs (I don't think I am going to make my goal of 129 by the 20th and I am completely ok with that because I feel like I weigh less anyway)

Cardio~
45 min eliptical
level 6 preset intervals

1 ses, 1 gluc

3 oz pack light tuna
2 white cheddar whole grain rice cakes

I lost it again. Within a 1 1/2 hour time frame I ate about 3000 calories of crap. No totals today girls, I don't even want to think about it.

You are doing good! Some days are better than others, the struggle is constant, do not give up, or even think you are failing.
I have had struggle with binging at times, and what would allow me to give in was having pity for myself, (poor me, I am all alone...etc...) or thinking that being vain is too much...etc...you get the picture, BUT when I realized the Cheat meal is planned I decided to wait and have that one meal, and not feel too bad afterwards, because I do anyways....yet calorie wise...there is no way that my cheat meal could have more calories than a binge!
So try reading a post Treillin put up which is great and very easy to realte to.

And guess what...I love loging on or just reading the threads because I can do the girlie issues here, it's benn so good for me, frieds are kind of distant due to babies and other activities...So you have one new freind here, and about men being so ego centered...LOL...C'mon in every country we know the ¨me, myself and I...¨let them be just pretend you listen LOL...You have me for all you need ! I promise!
Right now I am heading to the park, Colomos it is called, In the northern part of the city, NYC's central park wanna be...LOL...So I will jog tke a brik walk or maybe even do some HIIT...I am so sun burned!
I will check up on you later on today..

Thank you for all of your support Flor. You are so sweet. It is funny because once I saw that you had posted this I had just decided that enough was enough and stopped binging like a fat kid. It is getting to the point where I wonder what effects binging is having on my body and it is starting to worry me. I did read that article Treil posted and I can totally relate. Thank you for all help, it really means a lot to have someone that actually cares about what you are doing.

Hey hun! Again, don't worry about the binge, stuff like that happens... but I'm sure your body will get rid of it no problem (esp since its not used to that stuff) and you'll be right back ontrack in no time! Oh and about the scale weight... don't worry about it for sure hun because I'll tell ya right now based on the scale I way more now then I have in months, yes all my clothes are looser and belts a notch tighter... so again its "just a number" Keep your head up sweetie and keep on kicking some @$$ ;) And no matter what just remember to smile :heart: :rose:

Thanks girl. I know there is no way a lot of that crap I eat can possibly stay in me because the next morning is baaaad (you know what I mean). I have decided to stop weighing myself every single day and am going to do it once a week (at most). I am not hung up on the number anymore! :doublefi: to the scale.

I am trying my hardest to be more positive at work and it is getting me through the days a little better. Exactly 4 weeks until I am outta here and on a plane to see my family and my man :dance2:

Argghhh bad diet yet again. I am writing this around 2:00 Monday morning and my stomach is still all tore up. I was not able to get in my leg workout yesterday so I am bummed about that but I am going to double up today and do legs and back.
