You are doing good! Some days are better than others, the struggle is constant, do not give up, or even think you are failing.
I have had struggle with binging at times, and what would allow me to give in was having pity for myself, (poor me, I am all alone...etc...) or thinking that being vain is too much...etc...you get the picture, BUT when I realized the Cheat meal is planned I decided to wait and have that one meal, and not feel too bad afterwards, because I do anyways....yet calorie wise...there is no way that my cheat meal could have more calories than a binge!

Right now I am heading to the park, Colomos it is called, In the northern part of the city, NYC's central park wanna be...LOL...So I will jog tke a brik walk or maybe even do some HIIT...I am so sun burned!
