OK... well I was away for a week.. sorry for not updating.. BACK AT'r today...

Just made all mah food for the week there... I still have some left over chili.. but MAN it's NICE to be eating well and plenty again!

Just waiting for my rice to finish cooking... did you guys know that basmati is VERY close to brown rice on the GI scale... ? No shit eh? It'll be a nice little change.. :D

So.. today I did Workout one: went a little heaver then last time.. and switched up flat for inclines:

Squats:

155 x 8

Chins:

I didn't end up doing Triceps Extensions... had to cut it short... but I made progress in all the core stuff... I'm pretty happy with that...

Man.. excellent job cutting up in those pictures.. I'm very jealous at how lean and defined you look! I still got a good 10 pounds of fat to lose before I get to that sculpted, or more.. *sighs*.

Keep it up, food looks delicious. Zed's workout plan looks great, it will get you mass-ive. :)

OK... so today was day 2:

Dead lifts:

245 x 8

245 was perfect... got ALL the reps... and just had enough gas left for MAYBE a couple... so that was great... :)

Standing BBL Overhead Press

80 x 8
80 x 8
80 x 8
80 x 8
80 x 8

These were good.. shoulder is still sore... but it worked out well...

Power Shrugs:

245 x 8
245 x 8
245 x 8
245 x 8
245 x 8

Not unlike the Deads... weight was great... felt good...

Dips:

10 x 8
10 x 8
10 x 8

All in all I worked hard... got a GREAT pump and a sweat... my weight went back from 183 to 190... which is awesome.. the extra rice is REALLY helping a lot... I've got it up to 4000ish calories again... and my strength is awesome... :)
