I didn't end up doing Triceps Extensions... had to cut it short... but I made progress in all the core stuff... I'm pretty happy with that...
Man.. excellent job cutting up in those pictures.. I'm very jealous at how lean and defined you look! I still got a good 10 pounds of fat to lose before I get to that sculpted, or more.. *sighs*.
Keep it up, food looks delicious. Zed's workout plan looks great, it will get you mass-ive.
245 was perfect... got ALL the reps... and just had enough gas left for MAYBE a couple... so that was great...

All in all I worked hard... got a GREAT pump and a sweat... my weight went back from 183 to 190... which is awesome.. the extra rice is REALLY helping a lot... I've got it up to 4000ish calories again... and my strength is awesome...
