These were good.. shoulder is still sore... but it worked out well...
Make sure you do plenty of WU with just the bar to get your shoulder set. Also do not go lower then your chin and do not need to lock out, but get close.

190... which is awesome.. the extra rice is
REALLY helping a lot... I've got it up to
4000ish calories again... and my strength is awesome...
