It's DIET time! Bitin' the bullet

OK... so today was day 2:

Dead lifts:

245 x 8
245 x 8
245 x 8

245 was perfect... got ALL the reps... and just had enough gas left for MAYBE a couple... so that was great... :)

Standing BBL Overhead Press

80 x 8
80 x 8
80 x 8
80 x 8
80 x 8

These were good.. shoulder is still sore... but it worked out well...
Make sure you do plenty of WU with just the bar to get your shoulder set. Also do not go lower then your chin and do not need to lock out, but get close.

Power Shrugs:

245 x 8
245 x 8
245 x 8
245 x 8
245 x 8

Not unlike the Deads... weight was great... felt good...:D

Dips:

10 x 8
10 x 8
10 x 8
This is body weight + 10Lbs?

All in all I worked hard... got a GREAT pump and a sweat... my weight went back from 183 to 190... which is awesome.. the extra rice is REALLY helping a lot... I've got it up to 4000ish calories again... and my strength is awesome... :)

Keep it up bud! I'm still following this and it looks like you've made some amazing progress dude. Leaned out real good, looks like you pulled the infamous "lose fat while gaining muscle" routine :) Not easy.

How many weeks you been on your current routine bro?
 
Well it's YOUR current routine.. but 3... :) This is week 3 there now.. and holy CHRIST it's awesome... Lower amount of exercises... but more volume per exercise... I'm not used to that kinda thing... but it's great!!
 
I couldn't make it tonight... but I'm gunna go tomorrow...
 
OK bro but you only get to be on it for 7 more weeks. Then you really start to work out...
