Ok I thought it went away but when I looked in the mirror this mornining I saw it! on my lower ab/ belly button area it seems as though that is where all my fat is depoiseted. Because there is like a hump there. It is realyl prominent when I flex my abs because my upper and higher abs suck in while the lower sections just sits there and my stomach looks weird from side angle. Anyone know what this is anything I can do to avoid/ remove this. I hate it I just hope if I gain a pound of fat that I will not get this every damn time.

Sorry, only your body can determine where it stores the most amount of fat.

For men, it's usually in the abdomen area and for women it's usually around the upper thighs. Increase your ratio of LBM to BF (either by cutting or clean bulking) and it should gradually go away.

EDIT: I'm not sure of your weight and BF%, but I'd suggest to cut (making sure to maintain muscle) until you are satisfied with your abds, and then go on a clean bulk.

you sure this is not a hernya? a hump about the belly button area? If you press it, does it hurt? If it does, go vae it examined... Some people have hernias without even knowing it...

I got one from my days of street inline-skater (amazingly enough, I used to do that before) One day while jumping into a grind I felt a pain like a stabbing in my gut and I fell.

Years after I discovered I had an hernya and I can only trace it back to that... I cannot see it, but I can feel it, and I suspect that once I get down to a particular BF% I will be able to actually see the bulge and get it operated.

Check it out...

yea that is what I thought it might be but I push on it and it doesnt hurt maybee a little sore but I think that is from ab work ( so i guess it cant be)

I think im gonna bulk up still considering the hump has only come in after about 3-4 pounds gain (of fat I assume) Its not like im fat anywhere else but before this i have allways been really skinny so I assume bad genetics)

hmm now that I am thinking about I have done situps before and then finished a heavy set and got into a sitting position and right in that area my abs when crazy and it felt so weird like a huge cramp in that area for about 20 seconds mind you. But it was so weird I invoulantarily mad a yelp outta the pain.

You're probably just bloated. Did you make any changes to your diet? Increase your fiber consumption?

Follow your intuition. If it persists and continues to freak you out, you should go see your doctor.
