In my opinion, not very good and needs alot of work. All you need is to stick with this basic formula;

1-1.5g protein per pound of bodyweight , daily.

2-3g (depending on b/f and metabolism) of carbs per pound.

If you are eating the right sources of lean meats, i.e. chicken, steak, fish, eggs etc, you will not need to worry about healthy fats. Just make sure to take a good fish oil supp for insurance.

Regarding sources, protein as mentioned above, carbs stick with slow-digesting, i.e. brown rice, oatmeal, yams, jacket potatoe etc. Oh, and I would ditch 2 slices of bread. Have a limit of 2 slices per day. Just basically try and avoid anything processed.

And I'll assume you know the score with veggies and vitamins. I'm also your age and this basic formula has helped me gain alot... of 'attention'. If you catch my drift.

4 calories in 1 gram of protein.

4 calories in 1 gram of carbs.

7 in 1 gram of fat.

And take note; this is very basic. Don't think you do as mentioned above and you will be a mass monster in 9 WEEKS. Not a chance unless you are using gear. There are many other factors involved. Hit the forums on here and learn.

*just for reference.

In response to diet, what is the total calorie breakdown for your diet? If you are not sure, you should get familiar with fitday.com and see how it works out for you. Its all about calorie input and output when it comes to either bulking or cutting. Also, what breakdown do you want to do as far as fats, carbs, and protein? I like Arnold's breakdown which is 40p/40c/20fat. But thats just me.... work around that and remember to eat really clean to bulk clean :)

****It is good that you are eating every 2-3 hrs. This will make sure your metabolism does not suffer in any way.

---Good luck !!!!!
