I started having stomach problems when I was 15. I went to a stomach specialist. The Dr told me I'm lactose intolerant & that milk is not good for the stomach. Even if you drink milk all the time, its not good for your stomach.
Some people say milk has vitamins. Well I say that's what vitamins are for. I'd rather take a multi vitamin than drink nasty smelling, nasty tasting milk.
I haven't drank milk for the last 20 years. I didn't like it when I was a kid. I made my cereal w/ juice, Hawaiian punch, etc...
I may be biased cause I hate the smell & taste & because I'm lactose int., but the stomach Dr. Told me milk is not good for a persons stomach.
Take a multi vitamin to promote healthy bones.
