I'll give a good reason Y not to fuck girls that are 0-16.

Because some have big brothers. I have personaly put two 20 somethings in leg casts... notice the "s" . that was a long time ago and my sister who had the misfortune of having me as an older brother at the time has thanked me on more than one occasion for "being there" even though she hated me then.

I understand your point about society dictating morals Burning_ , why has society done this? Ask all the girls that were fucked at age 11-17 over the centuries and you may get your answer. These "morals" about sexual age came from women, not men. For good reason.

I had 3 sisters and they had friends. I was around way to many young girls growing up. Half the time they dont know what the hell they are doing or what they should be doing.

These girls that dress like minature whores get our attention but they are so mentally immature that I do not think it is fair to manipulate them for sex. Even if they want it.

You are not grown up yet, even if you are 24. Part of growing up is realizing that doing whatever you feel like to another person just because *you* feel like it, is not ok. You need permission, at the very least. I find it totally odd that you would 'assume' you had permission from 13 year old girls to have sex with them !?! (I mean, really permission, not just, you are older and you could coerce or manipulate them into it)

Also you are not grown up yet if you don't realize that underage children are given that designation because they are not yet fully capable of making adult decisions.

What sort of employee are you? Do you ignore your employers expectations as merely 'man's rules' or does he (or she) get more respect from you than adolescent girls???

if sex was an adult decision, you wouldn't be able to physically do it till you were older, whenver that may be. Some states can start to enforce some stupid ass laws, for instace, smoking weed is wrong (imagine that). It will soon spread around to other states, and silly people will think that just because the state says it's illegal, that it's really bad. Is sex with young girls (within reason) wrong, no it's not. The saying "if there's grass on the field play ball" is politically incorrect, yet true. Those who believe that sex with someon under the magical age of whatever age the state imposes is wrong, are whipped by governments and use it as an excuse to beat people's asses and point fingers. What would you all do for example if ther was no age limit in some state? Also I think all the guys on this board saying it's gross are full of shit. I know how guys think. Nobody is arguing that young girls are not atractive or sexy, the question is one of decency. Imagine your the father of a beautiful healthy 14 year old girl who is physically mature for her age.

The age of consent is a very touchy issue.

Some countries have an age of consent as low as 12 years old for heterosexual sex. In some countries women are still stoned to death if they have sex before marriage, but they're sold as brides at any age.

To say who is emotionally ready to make the decision to have sex is very difficult and doesn't co-relate well to a persons age. Some people can make a sound decision on whether or not to have sex at 13 or 14, some still aren't ready at 21.

Still a line must be drawn somewhere - if no age of consent applies, adults could legally engage in sex with youngsters, which would be very detrimental for them.

As for morality, I think burning_inside has some valid points here - government laws don't equate to what behaviour is moral. Just because a law says it is illegal to have sex with a person of a certain age doesn't make this act immoral. If the age of consent was 21 years of age, which would be ludicrous, it still wouldn't be immoral to have sex with a 19 year old, just illegal.

Laws dictate ideals for you to abide by while you live in a given area of space. This doesn't mean these laws are absolutely right or wrong. You can dictate what's right and wrong for yourself, but if they conflict with the government's beliefs, they don't matter anymore.

So yes, umm, laws dictate "right" and "wrong", how can you possibly even attempt to argue that?

By the way, if I was 11 and getting screwed by my parents, unless someone told me it was wrong for them to be doing that to me, I wouldn't think anything of it. Just because YOU think what would have happened to me is wrong and my parents should be punished , well, that doesn't mean I would necessarily think it was wrong unless maybe I had police and counselors beating it into my head that it it indeed was. We should end the arguement at this... It's pretty much socially wrong in this day and age to hump anyone under the MAGICAL age that your state sets. It all comes down to morales and they sound like they don't have any, what ever the case is they defend it as if they have done it, in which case that is SAD.
