Ironwing - thanks for the reminder. I've done lots of that type of training before (crossfit workouts for a loooong time). I'm good friends with chest to floor pushups, air squats (bottom to bottom tabatas are the bane of my existence) and the evil dreaded burpee I still incorporate these types of workouts into my week - even tho long, strong distance is my fave. My current cardio rx is for a specific # of calories, and I was instructed to do it all a la "steady state" rather than quick and intense (tho I still sneak 'em in here and there).
