Hey, everyone! I'm new here! I stumbled across this board because I really want to get in shape! I'm 23 years old and in the worst shape of my life. I'd like to thank a torn MCL for that. Grrrr! Anyways, I used it as a lame excuse to be lazy for a few months... but not any more! I'm tired of it! I've been lurking around, reading posts, and I love how supportive everyone is with each other!.. so I just had to introduce myself.
All I have been doing lately is Tae Bo Boot Camp and a little running. Unfortunately, I don't have access to a gym, just a couple of dumbbells, DVDs, and other equipment (mainly bands and crap) laying around the house. My main interest right now is losing some fat (my abdominal area just LOVES to hold on to the squish!
) and I wouldn't mine gaining a bit of muscle (or a lot hehe). I took my measurements on Tuesday so here are my stats:
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 129 lbs
Chest: 34"
Waist: 26" (the highest it's ever been... depressing!)
Lower Abdomen: 33" (BOO!! Really want to get this down!)
Hips: 34"
Thigh (largest part): 22"
Knee (smallest): 14:
Calves (largest): 13"
