Injury diet

I have an injury that is going to keep me from the gym and most activity for a couple of weeks. I have some 20lbs. DB's that I can atleast use to do some high rep sets, but other than that, not much activity. I am going to be very sedentary, so I am going to change my diet since I wont need all the calories that I am currently taking.

current diet:
3000 cals, 50/30/20 C/P/F

I am thinking of dropping cals to maintenance or a little below (about 2000 cals) and eliminating a major part of the carbs.

how does something like this look:

2000 cals 60/30/10 P/C/F

that gives me about 1.5 g's of protein per lb BW, my current diet gives me about 1g per lb of BW, but I think the key to not getting too fat during the next couple of weeks is to drop carbs and keep fat intake low. All clean foods.

what do you guys think?
