How's it going all? Tonight in one hour I am FINALLY getting back to the gym. Been a while since we broke up but now shes calling me back.
My goal: Bulk Up, Slim the belly slightly, Tighten Chest Flab.
I am willing to experiment with ANY workout program. The one that i was doing before that showed a lot of strength gain was the Strong Lift 5x5. But with that I mainly saw increased strength..not mass.
Any suggestions? Maybe I just didn't give the 5x5 a long enough chance.
