the gym i go to just started some new classes for guess what- YOGA. 6 guys i know that work out at my gym have signed up. im wondering if i should, as i dont know if this ia a for real thing - as in would it be beneficial to do this or not. these guys that have signed up for this class arent little wimps either, they are true hardcore bodybuilders, so any opinions on this?:D

I say go for it if it is something that intrests you and you have the time fore it. My Aunt does it and says it is very relaxing(I can't imagin how :D)

Yoga is amazing for keeping your muscles flexible.. if anything you will learn stretching techniques you can apply to your daily regimen. It is not for wimps and can be quite challenging, in fact you may even be sore from it. So i say go for it... being a big, lean, FLEXIBLE muscle machine is awesome!!! And your body will thank you for it too.
 
One of my roomies is 6' 235lbs ripped. He does Yoga and Tai Chi. We call him strange, but not to his face. :D

i should have known better than to think i would get drilled for this question. there are a lot of open minds on this board with a lot of knowledge and some great opinions. thanks everyone for all of the input on this. my wife is already doing this and she will be really stoked if i start. thanks again .;)
