Maybe you are eating Foods with a really high glycemic index - that is, the sugar in the food is digested and absorbed into the blood system very fast [or is that low glycemic index - can never remember]. Anyway, if you eat foods, like candy, and highly processed stuff, you get an insulin spike as your body tries to move the sugar from teh blood into the muscles. If this spike is too high, it can result in a severe low afterwards in which you will have very low blood sugar. This may be making your hungry.
Try eating foods that have low glycemic index.
