Treil - Honestly, I really don't have a plan right now because the diet will be disrupted again in about a week as we will be back on the road for some time. I am just shooting for low carb for the next couple of days to try and get some of this water weight off. I guess if you want to call it something, I am doing a little carb rotating for the next week
I actually forgot to get cheese last night for dinner so I was about 100 calories lower then I was shooting for!
BTW - what are you doing up at 4 or 5 AM??
