HA HA Cardio lady!!! I get up at 4:15 shower, yohimburn, let is set in while I wrote on here, and then jumped on the tread. Plus I can't sleep any more... 3-4 hours is all my brain will shut down... Part of the dieting down I have been told! :heart:

Hey Girls!!

Nelmsjer and I were freaking SORE today from the weight room yesterday AND we waiting TOO long to take our lunch...So, we ended up taking the day off. :( We plan on hitting the weight room today to do some weights and light cardio. :dance2:
