6 oz grilled chicken breast
½ cup coleslaw
½ cup lettuce

¼ cup onions
1 slice provolone cheese
- 1 sesapure
- 2 ZMA
- 2 sprays of Oxycalm


*5 liters of water
*1 liter of green tea


Total Calories = 1176
Protein 163g (59%)
Carbs 49g (15%)

Ok so I forgot my cheese last night, thus my cals and macros were off! oops

So what is the plan that you are following now?? I saw 1176 calories... not very much at all, less then what I'm taking in actually.
 
Treil - Honestly, I really don't have a plan right now because the diet will be disrupted again in about a week as we will be back on the road for some time. I am just shooting for low carb for the next couple of days to try and get some of this water weight off. I guess if you want to call it something, I am doing a little carb rotating for the next week :)

I actually forgot to get cheese last night for dinner so I was about 100 calories lower then I was shooting for! :(

BTW - what are you doing up at 4 or 5 AM??
