Not sure on the exact bf%, but I do know that it has gone down. If I were to GUESS, it is around...12-13% I am currently taking HotRox

Haaaaaa you are TELLIN me!! BOTH, Nelmsjer and I were amazed at how sore we were and still are!! lol That is even with HOLDING back and lifting LIGHTER then we would normally!! Hopefully, it will calm down in a week or so, just in time for us to be on the road again

is your coleslaw recipe in here somewhere? I'm in desperate need of some new vegi combos.

I WISH I could make my own coleslaw, but I live on a military base and I have to run with what they supply But...not for TOO much longer!! whooaaaa
