I think my diet is in check (any advise)

I dont have the macro's.

Wake up 6 am Cardio 40 mins - isolate protein shake 10 mins after

7:30 1 whole egg
3 egg white
1 piece whole wheat toast

10:30 flax seed capsule
1 can of tuna
1 8oz chicken breast

1:10 8 Oz chicken breast
1 half of a large Yam
1/2 cup cottage cheese

3:30 Now this meal sometimes changes depends on energy levels
1 Banana
3 egg whites
1(chicken or tuna)
Or
1 8oz chicken breast
1 Can tuna
1 flax seed oil

4:40 train till 6:00
6:10 protein shake one of those 3carb 30 protein no sugar ones

6:45 8 Oz semi lean steak( sirloin tip )
1 cup brocoli

10:00 half cup cottage cheese
protein isolate shake
flax seed oil.

10:30 Bed
give me any advise i know my pwo shake could be better but i dint really think the whole insulin spike is that big of a deal compiared to just getting protein to the muscles. My goal LBM while trimming access fat on my hips.
 
Are you trying to cut or bulk? How many calories are u taking in? What are the macros?

You gotta prepare tha info if you want accurate feedback.
 
Looks really good. Once you hit a plateau, I would ditch the banana and wheat bread (just not the best souce of carbs). Keep us posted and we'll continue to help you with different food combinations as your goals change.
