I did legs last night and again have bad lower back pain
I have had sciatica in one of my legs for 10 months and since I started squatting again(ATF) I get back pain. It sucks. I am thinking I should stick to hack squats,leg presses etc. I dont think squatting is helping my lower back and I dont want to use a belt because then it will never get stronger. What do you guys think?
